Statement re Brooks Macdonald Announcement
The Company notes Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (International) Limited's ("Brooks Macdonald") announcement of earlier today, which included details of a set of counter proposals to those proposed to be put to shareholders at a general meeting of the Company scheduled for 20 November 2014. The Company is considering the contents of that announcement.
