Origo announces that work continues with respect to the finalisation of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015. However, the Company will not be in a position to publish its annual report and accounts today, as required by the AIM Rules for Companies. The Company will publish its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 as soon as practicable.
