Result of Annual General Meeting
Origo's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today passed all resolutions including receiving and adopting the Company's audited 2018 accounts (99.20% in favour, 0.80% against); (ii) reappointing Lubbock Fine as auditors (99.20% in favour, 0.80% against); and (iii) reappointing Hiroshi Funaki as a Company director (99.58% in favour, 0.42% against).
