At Origo's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, comprising (i) receiving and adopting the Company's audited 2021 accounts (100% in favour); (ii) reappointing Lubbock Fine as auditors (98.66% in favour); (iii) reappointing Philip Scales as a Company director (100% in favour) and (iv) reappointing Hiroshi Funaki as a Company Director (100%)
