Box N7759, Nassau, Bahamas, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 21 (1)
WpHG that its share of the total voting rights in Infineon Technologies AG,
Am Campeon 1-12, Neubiberg, hat exceeded the threshold of 5 % on 7 February
2007 and amounts on that date to 5,17 % totalling to 38,674,360. All of
these voting rights were attributable to us under Section 22 paragraph 1
sent. 1 No 6 WpHG.'
