Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that the correct current outstanding share figure for your Company is 749,381,715, and as total voting shares held by Templeton Funds, Inc., amounts to 22,503,490, the percentage held is at 3.003%. Templeton Funds, Inc. shareholdings of 22,503,490 was reached on 18 May 2007. There have been no further transactions. We wish to apologize for this delayed filing, which was caused by incorrect outstanding share data. Our external vendor provided outstanding shares to us as 754,750,3 59, which we now understand is actually the amount of authorized shares.
