has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN: 623100, have fallen below the 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on December 10, 2008  and now amount to 4.56%
(this corresponds to 34184730 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.56% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 34184730 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
