informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN: 623100, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on April 27, 2009  and now amount to 3.02% (this corresponds to
22636601 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, all
Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company.
