Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN:
623100, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 20,
2009  and on that day amount to 2.36% (this corresponds to 17702697 Voting
Rights).
0.39% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2913510 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG and 1.97% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 14789187 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG.
