United Kingdom in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have fallen
below the thresholds of 5% and 3% and at that time amounted to 0%
(corresponding to 0 voting rights).
2. On 5 August 2009, the voting rights of ML UK Capital Holdings, London,
United Kingdom in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have
exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and at that time amounted to 9.53%
(corresponding to 102,228,538 voting rights of a total number of
1,072,569,049). All of these voting rights were attributed to ML UK
Capital Holdings in accordance with section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1
no. 1 WpHG.
On 7 August 2009, the voting rights of ML UK Capital Holdings, London,
United Kingdom in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have fallen
below the thresholds of 5% and 3% and at that time amounted to 0%
(corresponding to 0 voting rights).
3. On 5 August 2009, the voting rights of Merrill Lynch Holdings Limited,
London, United Kingdom in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany,
have exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and at that time amounted to
9.53% (corresponding to 102,228,538 voting rights of a total number of
1,072,569,049). All of these voting rights were attributed to Merrill
Lynch Holdings Limited in accordance with section 22 sub-section 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
On 7 August 2009, the voting rights of Merrill Lynch Holdings Limited,
London, United Kingdom in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany,
have fallen below the thresholds of 5% and 3% and at that time amounted to
0% (corresponding to 0 voting rights).
4. On 5 August 2009, the voting rights of MLEIH Funding, London, United
Kingdom in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have exceeded
the thresholds of 3% and 5% and at that time amounted to 9.53%
(corresponding to 102,228,538 voting rights of a total number of
1,072,569,049). All of these voting rights were attributed to MLEIH
Funding in accordance with section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG.

Kingdom in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have fallen below
the thresholds of 5% and 3% and at that time amounted to 0% (corresponding
