Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on June 21, 2012 and on that day amounted to
3.37% (this corresponds to 36674836 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.76% of
