via shares its Voting Rights on Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg,
Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 17,
2015 and on that day amounted to 5.02% (this corresponds to 56623450 Voting
Rights).
2.96% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 33441696 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
