In addition to the information published by LETA on 26.11.2009 the Council and the Management Board of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” informs herewith that in the existing production area of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” it is planned to carry out modernization of the production facilities. It will be performed by an independent company – SIA „Ditton Chain”, unified registration No.41503030309, which will lease a production area of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” on a long-term base. We are not authorized to comment projects and activity of another independent company from our side.

In respect of the forecasted turn-over we inform that the regular financial report of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” for 9 months of 2009 will be published according to the requirements of the Law on Financial Instruments Market and rules of the JSC „NASDAQ OMX Riga” on 30.11.2009, results of performance for 12 months of 2009 will be known after the end of calendar and business year. The forecast on performance volumes has been declared on the basis of dynamics of the economic activity in 2009, information on which is available in the quarterly financial reports.
