JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” informs that on the basis of Section (8) of the Article 224 of the Commercial Law, the Member of the Management Board Nataļja Redzoba has submitted a written notice to the Company on relinquishing her office from 31 May 2020.

By the decision of state notary of the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia No.13-10/57937 from 04 June 2020 a record on relinquishing office by the management board member is made in the Company’s file.
