Member of the Board of JSC "Latvijas Gāze" Joerg Tumat will hereafter assume the position of Member of the Board of "E.ON Russia". By the end of 2013, a meeting of shareholders of JSC "Latvijas Gāze" will be held to resolve upon changes in the composition of the Board.
