The Registry of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia has made an entry on the changes in the supervisory board of the JSC ‘Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija’ – Baiba Mecauce, elected a member of the supervisory board on 21.04.2017, to be appointed to the position of the member of the supervisory board.

Baiba Mecauce, a veterinarian and a holder of 10 304 shares of the company, has been a project manager at ‘A.Medical’ Ltd. for more than 10 years.   

The supervisory board continues to work consisting of five supervisory board members: Inita Bedrīte, Maija Beča, Jekaterina Kreise, Maruta Niedrīte and Baiba Mecauce.
