Information on the new Members of the Council

Management Board of the joint stock company “VEF” informs that on April 25, 2016 during the Annual Shareholders Meeting the Council of JSC VEF
was elected in the new arrangement.

Two of the existing Members of the Council had been re-elected in their positions of the Members of the Council. Egīls Arājs, Ervīns Kampāns, and
Laila Līduma were elected as the Members of the Council of JSC VEF for the first time.
 
Egīls Arājs is graduated from the Latvian University. Since 2011 works JSC “Latvian electrical tickle.
Egīls Arājs owns 21 907 shares of JSC VEF.

Laila Līduma is graduated from the Latvian University. Since 2010 works “ ERGO Life Insurance “

Laila Līduma owns 122 727 shares of JSC VEF.

Ervīns Kampāns is graduated Latvian Tenical University. Since 2012 works TELE2 Eesti JSC.
Ervīns Kampāns does not own any JSC VEF shares.
