As of August 11, Toms Grīnbergs joins the Management Board of INDEXO Bank. He became part of the bank’s management team in July this year and is responsible for overseeing and managing the bank’s risk management department. Toms Grīnbergs’ appointment for the position on the Management Board of INDEXO Bank and as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) has been approved by the Bank of Latvia and the Supervisory Board of INDEXO Bank, and the changes have also been registered with the Company Register. 

Toms Grīnbergs’ professional development is closely tied to his work at Danske Bank’s Latvian branch, where he held various positions related to lending and risk management from 2008 to 2020. In 2020, he joined Industra Bank as Head of Risk Management and later as Chief Risk Officer, a role he held until August 2024. Subsequently, T. Grīnbergs worked as a consultant on financial projects, including initiatives related to the European Union’s InvestEU program. He holds a master’s degree in economics and business from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Latvia.  

The management board of INDEXO Banka also includes Valdis Siksnis (Chairman of the board), Ivita Asare, Gints Ozoliņš, Evija Stūrmane, Jānis Mūrnieks and Ieva Bauma.
