JSC "SAF Tehnika" informs that on 7th December 2009 it received a message that a natural person named Gatis Poišs has acquired a significant amount of JSC "SAF Tehnika" capital shares - 305 226 shares on 4th December 2009 were in his posession and this amount is equal to 10.28% of JSC "SAF Tehnika" share capital.
