On 31st January 2011 "SAF Tehnika" AS received information that "Maleks S" SIA has alienated a part of its "SAF Tehnika" AS capital shares. Thus, "Maleks S" SIA at the moment has retained 295 956 SAF Tehnika" AS capital shares, which amount to 9.96% of share capital of "SAF Tehnika" AS.
