Panevėžio keliai AB and legal persons have appealed to Vilnius County Administrative Court the resolution No. 2K-338 of 9 November 2009 adopted by the Securities Commission not to approve the circular of the obligatory non-competitive formal offer related to procurement of all remaining ordinary registered shares of the public limited liability company Panevėžio statybos trestas.
