On March 30th, 2012 new Articles of Association of Invalda AB were registered
(attached).
The conversion face value of 32.44 million litas (€ 9.4 million) convertible
bonds resulted share capital of Invalda AB increase by 5.898.182 litas (€
1.708.231,60) up to 57.557.940 litas (€ 16.669.931,6) divided into 57.557.940
shares of 1 litas (€ 0.29) par value.
After the conversion RB Finansai UAB got 7.9 percent of Invalda AB shares and
DIM Investment UAB - 2.35 percent.
