Regarding the General Manager of AB Klaipedos Nafta

We hereby inform that on 29 March 2017 the Board of AB Klaipedos Nafta among others adopted the following decisions:

• to recall Marius Pulkauninkas from the position of General Manager of AB Klaipedos Nafta as of 10 April 2017;
• to elect Mindaugas Jusius as General Manager of AB Klaipedos Nafta as of 11 April 2017.
