The Mandate of the Board of AB Klaipėdos Nafta extended

We hereby inform that on 27 April 2018 the Supervisory Council of AB Klaipėdos Nafta, code 110648893, registered at Burių st. 19, Klaipėda adopted the decision to extend the mandate of the Board members of AB Klaipėdos Nafta Dainius Bražiūnas, Mantas Bartuška, Giedrius Dusevičius and Bjarke Pålsson for the one year term or until the new Board is elected.

AB Klaipėdos Nafta additionally informs that Giedrius Dusevičius and Bjarke Pålsson are independent Board members.
