AB ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby announces that, on 28 July 2026, a new version of the Company’s Articles of Association was registered at the Register of Legal Entities.
The new version of the Articles of Association was approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 24 April 2026.
