Juozapavičiaus str. 13, LT-09311, Vilnius) and SE Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (business ID 255450080), registered office address Elektrinės str. 4, K 47 Drūkšinių vil., LT-31152 Visagino mun. signed a contract of compressed air supply service purchase-sale transaction.
The stated price in the contract excluding VAT: 153,387.60 Eur
On 24th January The Audit Committee of EPSO-G UAB stated, that:
• the transaction complies with market conditions;
• the transaction is fair and based on all LITGRID AB shareholders interests, taking into account the objective necessity and the reasonable price.
