- Substantial positive result expected for Q4
- Full year outlook increased
Jena, December 18, 2009 - Intershop Communications AG (Prime Standard:
ISH2) today announced that it has received a large order from one of the
world largest technology companies to deliver their ecommerce platform
based on its software Enfinity Suite 6.
The contract has an overall revenue volume in a mid seven-figure EURO
range. The license revenue portion will be immediately recognized and
support revenues will be recognized over the next six years. The company
expects further revenues for follow-up services in a considerable amount.
As the license revenues will be posted in Q4 2009, Intershop is expecting a
substantial positive result for the last quarter.
Furthermore, Intershop is increasing its guidance for the full year, which
had been reduced due to the insolvency of its client Quelle Deutschland. It
is now expecting revenues at the original forecast level with an increase
by between 7 to 9 percent year-on-year to more than EUR 30 million and is
anticipating a positive full year result.
