ANNOUNCEMENT

Starting with 15 November 2022, 20:00 (Romanian time), the condensed consolidated interim financial statements as at and for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2022 prepared in accordance with Order of Ministry of Public Finance 2844/2016, with subsequent amendments for the approval of accounting regulations conforming with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by EU, and the Board of Directors' consolidated report for Q III 2022 will be available, in Romanian and English, in electronic format, on Electrica's website, at www.electrica.ro, in the "Investors > Results and Reports > Financial Results" section, https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/financial-results/financial-statements-for-q3-2022/ .

Also, in the same time with publishing the financial statements mentioned above, Electrica will release an estimated impact of the consolidated income and expenditure budget of the Electrica Grup for 2022 (the reviewed version was published on March 23^rd 2022 and is available on Electrica website here: https://www.electrica.ro/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/ELSA_EN_Revised-budget-2022.pdf.

The above-mentioned documents could be also available, in hardcopy, at the Company's headquarters in Bucharest, 9 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, District 1, which is open from Monday to Thursday between 08:00-17:00 (Romanian time), and on Fridays between 08:00-14:30 (Romanian time), excepting the legal holidays.
