(the "Fund"), hereby would like to inform investors, further to the report on 19 October 2016 announcing the settlement of the Shares, that the transactions for GDRs have been paid/settled as well. This marks the completion of the Offer whereby the Fund sold a number of 3,641,100,108 total Shares: 3,267,250,908 were sold in the form of Shares, while 373,849,200 were sold in the form of GDRs (i.e. 2,492,328 GDRs as 1 GDR = 150 Shares).
