Franklin Templeton International Services S.à r.l, as Sole Administrator and Alternative Investment Fund Manager of Fondul Proprietatea SA, announces that the Fund Manager Annual Report as of 31 December 2016 will be available starting with 26 April 2017, 18:30 (Romania time) on Fondul Proprietatea official webpage, www.fondulproprietatea.ro, in the Section « Investor Relations / Financial Results » and daily at Fondul Proprietatea's headquarters in Bucharest, 78 - 80 Buzeşti Street, 7th floor, district 1, Romania, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
