Important events to be reported: Correction of the date referred to in respect of the last report of unpaid shares held by the Romanian State Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager and sole director ("AIFM / Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. ("Fund"), would like to inform shareholders and investors that in the current report published on 2 February 2022 regarding the Update on the Fund's share capital, in the English version, the date on which the number of unpaid shares held by the Romanian State in the Fund was last reported was incorrectly mentioned. Thus, istead of "(as at 31 January 2021, the Romanian State held 363,812,350 unpaid shares, each share having a nominal value of RON 0.52)" should be read "(as at 31 December 2021, the Romanian State held 363,812,350 unpaid shares, each share having a nominal value of RON 0.52)" Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager of FONDUL PROPRIETATEA S.A.
