·    Effective delisting and cancellation of trading of the GDRs

S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. (the "Company") informs its shareholders and investors regarding the effective delisting of the global depositary receipts ("GDRs") from standard listing segment of the Official List (the "Official List") of the Financial Conduct Authority and cancellation of trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange").

Further to the Current Report on September 25, 2024, the Company hereby announces that:

(i) all the global depositary receipts issued under Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act (ISIN: US83367U2050) (Trading Symbol: SNGR); and

(ii) all the global depositary receipts issued under Rule 144A under the U.S. Securities Act (ISIN: US83367U1060) (Trading Symbol: SNG1),

(together, the "GDRs"), representing interests in ordinary shares of the Company having a nominal value of RON 1 each (the "Shares"), with one GDR representing one Share, are as of 8:00 a.m. (UK time) today, delisted from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of the GDRs on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange has been cancelled.
