InTiCom Systems AG, Spitalhofstrasse 94, 94032 Passau, Germany, (ISIN DE0005874846), tripled its turnover in business year 2004 (01/01 – 31/12) once again. The Group turnover rose by 224% to EUR19,457k (previous year EUR6,014k). At the same time, the turnover prediction, which had been corrected from the original EUR16,300k to EUR18,400k in the third quarterly report of 2004, was exceeded by EUR1,000k. The Group result from normal business activities rose to EUR1,225k (previous year EUR564k), the net income to EUR1,011k (previous year EUR318k), whereby the tax charges were somewhat lower than usual owing to the deductibility of the IPO costs. Including the unappropriated retained earnings brought forward of EUR138k from the previous year, the net earnings amount to EUR1,148k (previous year EUR138k). The earnings per share – based on the number of 1,300,000 shares as of 31/12/2004 – amounts to EUR0.94 (previous year EUR0.43) before taxes and EUR0.78 (previous year EUR0.24)after taxes. The consolidated annual accounts 2004 were prepared in accordance with IFRS/ IAS; the figures of the previous year were determined in accordance with the same provisions for comparison purposes.
