InTiCom Systems Aktiengesellschaft: Multiple over-subscription of capital increase of InTiCom Systems AG

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Passau, 14 March 2006 – Today InTiCom Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Prime Standard) received cash-inflows of EUR 9.4 million from the placement of capital increase comprising 129,000 shares, which was over-subscribed multiple times. The funds from this capital increase should be used for the further expansion of the automotive business and should assure additional start-up investments on top of the investments already planned for 2006 and 2007. The early financing of these future investments through additional equity also assures a high degree of flexibility for upcoming investment decisions. The capital increase from authorised capital (based on the resolution from the AGM on 6 September 2004) was placed under exclusion of subscription rights in compliance with the articles of association (§3 para. 3 of the articles of association of InTiCom Systems AG) by Concord-Effekten as the sole book runner. The issue of 129.00 new shares increases the share capital of InTiCom Systems AG from EUR 1,300,000 to EUR 1,429,000. The allocation of shares was conducted at the average price in the past 10 trading days less a 3 percent discount at a price of EUR 74.50.
