Passau, June 5, 2008 – InTiCom Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Prime
Standard) changes its Company name to InTiCa Systems in accordance with the
shareholders’ resolution passed at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on
May 29, 2008.
The background of this name change is the argument with Deutsche Telekom
AG, settled out of court, about the use of the name element 'InTiCom',
which was confusable with the prior trademark 'T-Com' owned by Deutsche
Telekom AG. The adoption of the new Company name will be completed until
the end of June 2008, corresponding with an agreement between both parties
involved. The good business relationship of many years between the
companies will thus be continued.
