Passau, October 28, 2008, Dr. Walter Hasselkus will be appointed as a
member of the supervisory board of InTiCa Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846,
Prime Standard) effective on 01. November 2008, as proposed by the
management board in accordance with § 104 Abs. 2 AktG and authorized by the
local court of Passau. He will replace Harald Nöth, who steps down for
private and work-related reasons, effective on 31. October 2008.
The court appointment of Dr. Hasselkus is valid until the next general
meeting of the company.
Dr. Walter Hasselkus has long standing international experience in the
automotive industry, where he last was a member of the management board of
BMW (until 1998). With his experience, Dr. Hasselkus will ideally
complement the supervisory board of InTiCa Systems AG.
Harald Nöth has been a member of InTiCa Systems AG’ supervisory board since
the foundation of the company and has greatly contributed to the successful
development of the company. 'Supervisory and management board as well as
the employees of InTiCa Systems thank Harald Nöth for his long years of
support for the company. We appreciate his outstanding work and wish him
