Passau, July 09, 2010 - At today's annual general meeting of InTiCa Systems
AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Symbol: IS7), the entire supervisory board announced
its resignation, effective with a one-month period from today. This was due
to the rejection of the proposal of the supervisory board on agenda item 5
(appointment of auditors for the fiscal year 2010) by the general meeting.
As the annual general meeting did not elect new members to the supervisory
board, the resignation now requires a new supervisory board to be appointed
by the court. The new supervisory board will be announced as soon as
possible and will be appointed by the court until the next annual general
meeting.
