OMV Petrom S.A. (OMV Petrom) announces that Mr. Johann Pleininger has notified the waiver of his mandate as member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom, effective starting April 26, 2018.
Following the waiver of his mandate, Mr. Johann Pleininger will cease to hold the above mentioned position in Supervisory Board starting April 26, 2018, thus his seat becoming vacant.
Mr. Johann Pleininger has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom since 2013.
