OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's consolidated results for January - March 2018 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, Investor Relations section, at Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and at London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols) starting with May 3, 2018, 8:00 am (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com .
