Availability of financial results as of September 30, 2022
OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that OMV Petrom Group's report containing unaudited consolidated results for the period January - September 2022, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol), and at the London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols), starting October 28, 2022, 8:00 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.
The print version of the report can be obtained from the Investor Relations Department, at the company's headquarters located in 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City").
