sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that our shareholding in InVision Software AG,
Halskestrasse 38, 40880 Ratingen, Germany, went below the 5% threshold and
amounted to 3.54% (equivalent to 79,065 shares of 2,235,000 total shares)
on 18 December 2008. These voting rights are in their entirety attributable
