Ratingen (Germany), 14th May, 2008 – As it was compelled to do with its
2007 Annual Report, InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), one of the

solutions, will be postponing the publication of each of its 2008 quarterly
reports by two weeks, due to a protracted illness in its corporate finance
department. Accordingly, the financial report for the first quarter of 2008
will be published on 30th May, 2008, and will be available for download on
