InVision Software AG Presents Its Preliminary Figures For The First Half Of 2011

– Revenues of approximately EUR 6.7 million slightly higher than last year

– Transition of business model to cloud computing accelerated

Ratingen (Germany), July 15 ^th , 2011 – Based on its preliminary figures, InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), one of the leading international providers of cloud-based workforce management, has reported stable business development in the first half of 2011 despite its ongoing efforts to transition its entire business model to cloud computing. In the first six months of 2011, revenues of approximately EUR 6.7 million were slightly higher than they were in the same period of last year (H1 2010: EUR 6.6 million). Software and subscription revenues in the first half of 2011 were approximately EUR 4.7 million, which matched the EUR 4.7 million generated in the first half of 2010. Revenues from services rose from EUR 1.8 million in the first half of 2010 to approximately EUR 2.0 million in the first half of 2011. With costs also remaining virtually constant, EBIT were approximately EUR -0.8 million at the half-year mark and were therefore at the same level they were in the same period of 2010.

The Company is registering a continuing strong customer interest in the new cloud computing solution. Thus, it has resolutely accelerated the transition in recent months and has made cloud products available in Italy and France on July 1 ^st , 2011, ahead of schedule. InVision is therefore still expecting up to 100,000 users of cloud computing by the end of the year.
