Ratingen (Germany), 2 nd October 2012 – By resolution of the General Meeting of the Company on 29 th August 2012, InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698) has been renamed to InVision AG. This renaming reflects the changes that the company has undertaken in the diversification of its business during the past 18 months. Due to the transformation of its business model to cloud computing, the corporate purpose has been expanded by the development and distribution of educational offers, as well as the consulting and training in human resources.
