has informed us according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its voting rights on InVision AG, Ratingen, Germany, have risen
above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 15 April 2014 and on that
day amounted to 4.29% (this corresponds to 95,858 voting rights in relation
to the total of 2,235,000 voting rights).
4.29% of voting rights (this corresponds to 95,858 voting rights in
relation to the total of 2,235,000 voting rights) are attributed to FIL
Holdings (UK) Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, according to Section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.
