ECE Industriebeteiligungen GmbH, Vienna, Austria, has informed us that its
share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG has reached and exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5 % 10% and 15% on November 28, 2007. ECE
Industriebeteiligungen GmbH holds 17.73 % of the voting rights (9,226,073
shares).
2.04% or these voting rights (1,060,000 shares) are attributable to ECE
Industriebeteiligungen GmbH in accordance with Article 22, Section 2 WpHG.
In addition, ECE European City Estates AG, Hinterbrühl, Austria, has
informed us that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG has reached and
exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5 % 10% and 15% on November 28, 2007. ECE
European City Estates AG holds 17.73 % of the voting rights (9,226,073
shares).
All these voting rights are attributable to ECE European City Estates AG in
accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 or Article 22,
Section 2 WpHG.
In addition, Humer Privatstiftung, Vienna, Austria, has informed us that
its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG has reached and exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5 % 10% and 15% on November 28, 2007. Humer
Privatstiftung holds 17.73 % of the voting rights (9,226,073 shares).
All these voting rights are attributable to Humer Privatstiftung in
accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 or Article 22,
Section 2 WpHG.
