Germany, has informed us on March 3, 2011 that her share has fallen below
the threshold of 5% of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG on April 23, 2010. On
April 23, 2010 Ms. Gabriele Wahl-Multerer held 4.96% of the voting rights
(2,843,066 voting rights).
4.96% (2,843,066 voting rights) are attributable to her in accordance with
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG through VARIS
Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH.
