us on July 5, 2011 that its share of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG increased
above the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% on June 30, 2011. At this day, bm-t
beteiligungsmanagement thüringen GmbH held 11.00 % of the voting rights
(6,296,193 shares).
11.00% of the voting rights (6,296,193 shares) were attributable to bm-t
beteiligungsmanagement thüringen GmbH pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
