In accordance with article 21, section 1 WpHG, ODDO & CIE, Paris, France,
has informed us on February 10, 2015, that its share of voting rights in
JENOPTIK AG fell below the threshold of 3% on February 6, 2015. At this
day, ODDO & CIE held 2.97% of the voting rights (1,697,592 voting rights).
2.97% of the voting rights (1,697,592 voting rights) were attributable to
ODDO & CIE pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with article 22 section 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
