according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on K+S Aktiengesellschaft, Kassel, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 29, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 2.8730% (this corresponds to 5499108 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.8730%
